1st W.A.R Women's Retreat!
Destin, FL, we were there!
This trip was coordinated and facilitated by Miranda Fallen BoBo, LPC through her nonprofit. Women Arbor Resources, Inc. (WAR, INC).
Each day the sound of waves crashing against the shore while the ladies participated in daily activities was soothing and therapeutic. This is the view from the Condo.
On the day dedicated to self-care, the ladies were treated to a one hour massage at one of the local massage venues, and then spent some much needed time on the beach. Self-reflection activities and a fun filled dinner with songs, laughter and cheers were the highlight of the day!

Each lady was gifted journals, self-reflection books with meditation, life goals, and self care progress trackers to take home with them.
Ladies participated in structured activities & journaling exercises daily to explore areas that created barriers in their lives and find solutions to help them break free of those barriers.
The importance of healing and growth is vital to the enhanced virtues of who we are as women mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Ladies were able to explore all of these areas during this retreat. Then to confirm and solidify their experience a group of ladies are found participating in a vision board activity here.

After a fun day on the beach. This video shows the ladies having fun and joking around as we noticed some ants in the sand had taken the wrong route and were trying to crawl up the leg of our host. Well that turned into a whole teaching moment, enjoy....Because we sure did!
Dinner included discussions about the benefits of each day's activities... AND some playful group singing as other customers listened and cheered the ladies to continue.
